Becoming a mom changed everything for me. I knew postpartum would be an adjustment, but I didn’t except the emotional waves, the moments of self-doubt, or the pressure that came with being everything to these tiny human beings. Even as a healthcare professional, I found myself searching for answers, encouragement, and a sense of community.
That’s when I realized: If I felt this way, other moms do too.
So I created this space – a place where postpartum isn’t sugar-coated, where mental health matters, and where moms can learn, breathe, and feel supported. With my healthcare background, I’ll share tools for recovery, daily functioning, and self-compassion.
